The Marvel Star Megan Thee, please.

The rapper Megan Thee Stallion is set to make her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” according to a Cut article of her published on Monday. The new Disney+ series and the A24 musical comedy “F— Identical Twins” have both cast the 27-year-old sensation.

A Monday comment from The Times was not immediately reacted to by Disney or Marvel representatives. Thursdays mark the debut of brand-new “She-Hulk” episodes on Disney+.

Tatiana Maslany plays Jennifer Walters, the cousin of Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner (a.k.a. the Hulk), who unexpectedly has the ability to turn into a green giant herself after being exposed to Banner’s radioactive blood in “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” a television series created by Jessica Gao. The character Megan Thee Stallion will portray in the program, which also stars Jameela Jamil, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Benedict Wong, Charlie Cox, and others, was not made clear by The Cut.

The “Savage” hitmaker has previously appeared in cameo roles on the Starz drama “P-Valley” and the NBC crime drama “Good Girls.” In “P-Valley,” a movie about dancers in a fictitious Mississippi strip club, Mercedes (Brandee Evans) is the main character, and the Grammy winner revealed to the Cut that she initially tried out for the role.

Megan Thee Stallion said, “I was just coming up, and I read for Mercedes, but seeing Brandee portray Mercedes, I’m like, Obviously I was not here yet. She is absolutely ideal for the role.

A green guy and a green woman with their palms placed together facing each other.
Instead, “P-Valley” creator Katori Hall invited Megan Thee Stallion to play her alter ego, Tina Snow, in an episode of the show in 2022 after being impressed by her talent.

“This young woman is cool. She’s got influence, Hall told the Cut. “She wants to say something. She is undoubtedly beautiful to look upon. This artist is a young one.

J. Alphonse Nicholson, who plays Lil Murda on “P-Valley,” continued, “She has the tools in her tool bag to achieve anything.” “You could imagine her in a period piece, whether she’s playing a person in the 1960s who’s trying to make it or whether she’s in a futuristic sci-fi movie and she’s out here fighting on some Marvel stuff, or whether she’s playing someone in the future. She has that spark, and I believe she could bring it all to the table.

Less than a month after the release of her second studio album, “Traumazine,” which explores unpleasant emotions and situations the recording artist has encountered, news of Megan Thee Stallion’s Marvel casting has surfaced.

According to Megan Thee Stallion, “My alter personas have been somebody who I had to be at those times to be like my armor, like my shield.”

“At that time, I had to be Hot-Girl Meg. Then, I had to assume the persona of Tina Snow. At that time, I had to go by Megan Thee Stallion. This record is one of my favorites because it seems to be just me talking. There’s only Megan. I don’t have to act like everyone else.
